To emphasise what I reported at the last AGM  today 18.09.2025 a water leak was found which should be repaired today. It’s not just the cost of the repair but also the cost of lost water, in itself it shouldn’t be a big bill but accumulatively adds up hence the need for the increase in the community fee .
